The Swans have put in some decent performances away from home under Paul Clement
Both these sides are still looking for their first goals of the season and Palace are still searching for their first point having been stunned by Huddersfield in their opener and then outplayed by Liverpool at Anfield. As a result, they immediately look too short here at 2.0, particularly as their home record excluding games under Allardyce is a dismal W2-D1-L7 since the start of last season. As a result, we’re siding with Swansea on the Double Chance.
Tip: Swansea-Draw
Crystal Palace v Swansea [Double Chance]
The Swans should welcome back Fernando Llorente for this one and have certainly proved that they’re capable of some impressive results on the road under Paul Clement. They’ve won at Anfield under the Englishman and managed a point at Old Trafford and indeed St Mary’s in their opener this term. What’s more, they beat Palace in this fixture just before he took over and since Palace have failed to score in their last five home defeats, we’ll take a chance on Swansea winning to nil.
Tip: Swansea
Crystal Palace v Swansea [To Win To Nil]
Without Sakho, following his return to Liverpool, Palace have looked vulnerable at the back, particularly in the air, and Llorente is certainly someone who can take advantage of that. He thrived under Clement last term with four goals in his last five appearances and we think he can carry on where he left off. We’re backing him to score anytime.
Tip: Fernando Llorente
Crystal Palace v Swansea [Anytime Goalscorer]
